Important Information
By joining it is important to note that A&AA is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and legally we need you to acknowledge the implications of becoming a member of a company. 

What does this mean? In the event of the company being wound up, the maximum liability of members is UP TO AU$1.00 ONLY (one dollar). 
 
In addition only persons who are sympathetic to the objects of the company are eligible to apply to become a member. See article 11.(a) and article 5 of the Constitution.
